Admission Process

Admission is open for Session 2024-2025

Committed to our vision of "Mentoring each child to be an Achiever in Life", we at The Achievers School, endeavour to provide a Safe, Stress-free and personalised learning experience for every child thus enabling them to build their future on the true potential of their Thoughts, Creativity, Talent, and Skills. To remain completely impartial, we follow an explicit admission process, as mentioned below.

Class 1 to X

Pre-Nursery to UKG
  • Meet with Admission Counsellor

    On your visit to the school, our admission counsellor will be happy to share all the details of the school about academics, facilities, safety and solve your queries.

  • Written Assessment

    For admission to Classes I to X, a formal written assessment will be conducted in languages (English & Hindi), and Math to check the linguistic proficiency and mathematical ability of the child. (The syllabus is available at the admin office/download online). On successfully qualifying the test, interaction with the Principal will be set up by our admission Counsellor.

  • Interaction session with the Principal

    The counsellor will set up an interactive session of you and your child with the head of our school or with the Admission team. The interaction will enable both parents and the school team to understand each other better and get aligned with the vision of your child's growth.

  • Complete Admission Formalities

    After successful interaction, the ward would be granted provisional admission and will have to complete the documentation formalities and deposit the fees within the given time. The admission shall be considered as provisional until such time as when the relevant documents are submitted, and the process is completed within the given stipulated time. We are looking forward to connecting with you for the admission of your child at The Achievers School, the first step of getting your child ready to be an Achiever in Life.

Documents required for Admission 

Following is the list of documents to be submitted with the Application form.

  1. Transfer Certificate - In Original (From Class II Onwards)
  2. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  3. Birth Certificate - In Original (Upto class I)
  4. Aadhar Card 
  5. Report Card
  6. Latest photographs of the child and of the parents (mention the child's name on the back of the photograph)
  7. Parents' Photo ID card (Photocopy)
  8. Medical fitness certificate of the child (Blood Group is mandatory )
  9. Any document with the mention of the Student ID for the sibling (If applicable)
  10. UDISE / Affiliation number of the previous school.

Age Criteria for Admissions  

  

For admission in any of the classes mentioned below, the Birthday of the child should be between the date range mentioned in the table.

Note: As per circular no. RTE-2019/P.K 119/S.D-1 dated 25th Jul 2019, a maximum relaxation of 15 days in the minimum age of child required for admission can be approved by the Principal of the school.
