“Focus on How to Learn rather than What to Learn.”
In the fast-changing world of the 21st century, the world is experiencing multiple disruptive changes frequently, and hence to adapt to these changes, a person needs to keep learning and acquiring new skills throughout his life rather than just once.
Realizing this, we are committed to developing Self Learners and not just Learners. Self-learning capabilities give children the freedom to learn anything, anytime, anywhere, as per their own pace and interest without being dependent on anyone else.
Our modern idea of education is that children need to study for about 15 to 20 years and then use the acquired knowledge to earn for the rest of their lives.
At Achievers, we have set up our environment and processes in such a way that children are encouraged to take ownership of their education, and both mentors and parents support them rather than drive them. We empower children to make an informed decision and explore new areas of knowledge beyond the boundaries of the curriculum and the classrooms.
Schools and mentors are not the only sources of knowledge for our children but are trusted partners in their journey of education, which enables them to reinvent themselves in life continually.
